About Us
The slogan “Swabalambi Gramme Bhakti Bharat” served as the launchpad for “Bonedee Gramme Vikas Kendra” in 2016. The isolated villages of Kharagpur-II and Pingla Block have been able to establish the right conditions for village shoemaking thanks to unceasing efforts over the past five years. More than 200 rural mothers who were restricted to housework now earn an equal share of their family’s income, are financially independent, and value themselves
Our Vision & Mission
Currently, efforts are being made to transform the Medinipur district into the nation’s premier example of a village-focused cottage industry hub. We traveled from town to hamlet looking for people who shared our desire to revive the local economy through the fusion of cottage enterprises and agriculture based on cows. We’ll present it to villagers and urban civil society members. We hope that you will accept our modest offer. Hard effort and integrity are values that we hold dearly. Women’s empowerment can be defined to promoting women’s sense of self-worth, their ability to determine their own choices, and their right to influence social change for themselves and others.
It is closely aligned with female empowerment – a fundamental human right that’s also key to achieving a more peaceful, prosperous world.
Women’s empowerment and promoting women’s rights have emerged as a part of a major global movement and is continuing to break new ground in recent years. Days like International Women’s Empowerment Day are also gaining momentum.
But despite a great deal of progress, women and girls continue to face discrimination and violence in every part of the world.
